• Inventory & Limits: Many of our items are produced in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities or restrict sales to specific individuals or regions at our discretion.
• Aesthetic Representation: We work hard to capture the true color and texture of our items. However, since every screen is calibrated differently, we cannot guarantee your monitor will provide a 1:1 match with the physical product.

• Arbitration: If we cannot reach an informal resolution, you agree to settle the dispute through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, governed by the laws of the State of California.

• Time Constraints: Any claim related to our services must be filed within one (1) year of the event in question.
